The Bottoms Up/Poop Patrol waste bag dispenser attaches securely to any leash with a secure adjustable strap. As an added safety feature, there is a reflective strip on the dispenser. EZ pull dispensing allows only one bag to release at a time with only one hand needed. Refill bags fit any standard dispenser including Bags on BoardŽ, Pet ZoneŽ, Outward HoundŽ, Companion GearŽ and other canister dispensers, but the roll does not contain a hard plastic center as do some of the other brands. Bottoms Up bags contain 25% more bags per roll than leading brands.
